The whole experience was good from start to finish, can recommend. People working there are HELPFUL. Don't forget to visit nearby Jasmin's cafe, they have best coffee ever.

It's a deluxe hotel in very good location. The room had its own sunny balcony. Many thanks to receptionist! Lovely place for visiting stores and shopping centers close enough to the property. Plus, we were 10 mins by foot from Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum.
